Compensation for this role ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, in addition to commission opportunities. Our highest achievers are earning between $80,000 and $90,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a substantial volume of outbound calls daily while posing qualifying inquiries.
  • Motivate customers to obtain competitive quotes from licensed agents.
  • Achieve performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced call center environment is advantageous.
  • Excellent phone, computer, and communication skills are essential.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to establish rapport with customers in a dynamic setting.
