About Us: With over 40 years of experience, Youth In Need has been a leader in providing support to children, teens, and families in Eastern Missouri. Our commitment to social justice and racial equity drives our work, and we're recognized nationally for our exemplary programs.
This Role: We're seeking a Case Manager with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. Alternatively, a High School Diploma/equivalent and four years' experience in human services, or a combination of both, will be considered. Your experience working with at-risk youth and knowledge of community resources will be essential in this role. You'll also need to be CPR certified and obtain a Class E Driver's License.
