We are hiring a Resident Services Associate to join our team at National Lutheran Communities Services. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our residents and contribute to the overall comfort and well-being of our community.

Job Overview:

The Resident Services Associate will work closely with our housekeeping staff to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. This includes performing routine cleaning tasks, responding to resident requests, and collaborating with other departments to address any issues or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks in resident rooms and common areas
  • Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements:
  • Cleaning or floor care experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work independently with a strong team player mentality
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary $13.50-$16.50 per hour based on experience
