Position Overview
The Enrollment Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in managing enrollment processes for Medicare Part D and C members, specifically focusing on late enrollment penalties. This position involves direct interaction with both individual and employer group plan members, ensuring compliance with the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Enrollment Processors to ensure precise and timely handling of all enrollment activities.
- Maintain accountability for team performance, ensuring that individual productivity and quality goals are met.
- Drive operational efficiencies and achieve productivity savings through effective inventory management.
- Foster a culture of compliance, aiming for successful operational metrics (95% combined results).
- Conduct thorough research and maintain clear communication with members, prioritizing their needs in all activities.
- Identify opportunities for automation to enhance processing times and improve member experiences.
- Collaborate on integration efforts and process improvements to ensure a best-in-class experience for members and stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on accountability and results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Education
High School Diploma or GED required.

Compensation and Benefits
The typical pay range for this role is between $43,000 and $93,574.80 annually. This range reflects the base salary for all positions within this job grade. In addition to competitive compensation, CVS Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, and various well-being programs.
