Job Summary

Guidehouse is seeking a highly experienced Technology Consulting Associate Director to lead strategic initiatives and operational activities at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). This position will be responsible for managing senior-level client relationships, implementing strategic initiatives, executing long-term programmatic planning efforts, and managing teams within a TSA Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage senior client relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle to build confidence, deliver excellence, and sell consulting services.
  • Develop and manage master integration management plans, critical dependency milestone trackers, and dashboards to track key program status updates and issues/risks.
  • Lead and support business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development.
  • Monitor the scope, schedule, and budget of technology projects and support client management and stakeholders to plan for and address risks and issues as they occur.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of management and/or technology consulting experience with 6 years of project and/or program management experience.
  • Proven track record of developing teams and leading technology implementations/transformations, specifically with large-scale technology transformation programs.
  • Experience supporting federal government customers and/or prior experience within the federal government.
  • Existing TSA Public trust and/or Secret clearance.
