Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages customers to explore their musical interests. Assist customers in selecting the ideal instruments and accessories to enhance their musical journey.
Sales Achievement:
Meet and surpass sales goals through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies, connecting customers with the perfect products.
Product Expertise:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our inventory, including the latest instruments and recording technology, and share this knowledge with customers and team members.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong connections with customers and assist fellow associates in building lasting relationships within the local music community.
Store Presentation:
Ensure the store reflects a professional and appealing image. Organize product displays, restock items, and maintain an inviting shopping environment.
Operational Support:
Demonstrate leadership by mentoring team members and assisting with customer interactions and daily operations. As a keyholder, you will also be responsible for opening and closing the store as required.
