Job Description

Rainbows United, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality early intervention services to children and their families.

About the Role:

The Speech Language Pathologist will serve as a transdisciplinary team member, working collaboratively with ECSE Teachers, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Social Workers, and other community resources to provide comprehensive support to eligible infants and toddlers.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct team evaluations to determine eligibility and functional developmental strengths/challenges of referred children.Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) based on family-identified priorities.Provide family service coordination, including identifying, mobilizing, and coordinating community resources and services.Deliver home and community-based interventions utilizing a coaching model of caregiver support.

Requirements:

Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology required.Current Kansas License in Speech/Language Pathology required.American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certification (CCC-SLP) required.
