About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Rainbows United, Inc. as an Early Interventionist. This role will involve working with infants and toddlers, providing comprehensive support and services to help them reach their full potential.

Job Summary

The Speech Language Pathologist will work as part of a transdisciplinary team to serve families enrolled in the Infant Toddler Program. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with other professionals to determine the eligibility of referred children and develop individualized plans for their care.
  • Providing home and community-based intervention using a coaching model of caregiver support.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating effectively with other providers and stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology or a related field.
  • A current Kansas License in Speech/Language Pathology and ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP).
  • Prior experience working with children with special needs is preferred but not required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more.
