Senior Guest Services Coordinator

San Manuel Casino is looking for a Senior Guest Services Coordinator to enhance our team under the guidance of the Guest Services Supervisor. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting Guest Services Management and frontline personnel across various functions such as inventory oversight, monitoring, accounting, staffing, and guest engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the inventory of supplies and redemption items at all Guest Services stations
  • Conduct daily audits of radio and wheelchair inventory
  • Develop and manage daily shift schedules and staffing for special events
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency
  • Close shifts in Box Office, Gift Shop, and Redemption booths
  • Address customer complaints and grievances effectively
  • Assist with entertainment events and manage lost and found items
  • Ensure kiosks are functioning properly and report any issues
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Some college coursework is preferred
  • A minimum of one year of experience in guest services is required
  • A minimum of one year of cash handling experience is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred
  • Ability to accurately manage high-volume monetary transactions

Licenses/Certifications:

  • A gaming license may be necessary
