Job Overview

Powder Mountain is a year-round resort and real estate development project nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Northern Utah. We're seeking a reliable and skilled shuttle driver to transport our neighbors, guests, and team members safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate shuttle buses and transportation vehicles in all weather conditions on steep roads
  • Complete pre and post trip vehicle inspections
  • Provide excellent guest service and knowledge of Powder Mountain information
  • Assist riders with gear and luggage
  • Pick up and drop off neighbors on request using our mobile application

Requirements:

  • Previous professional driving experience with a clean driving record
  • Active CDL Class B w/Passenger & Air Brake Endorsement (we provide paid CDL training)
  • Previous driving experience in winter weather conditions on steep inclines
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • Satisfactory driving record
  • Flexible schedule: work occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Basic knowledge of 2-way radio and mobile device use

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Excellent vision and ability to drive at night
  • Ability to lift 50lbs

CDL Positions will be required to register with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol ClearingHouse. Candidate will be required to submit to a pre-employment screen and occasional random screenings as required by FMCSA.
