About the Role

As a DV Coordinated Entry Specialist at YWCA Dayton, you will play a vital role in connecting eligible clients to Montgomery County's Coordinated Entry System.

The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as YWCA Dayton's Coordinated Entry contact for clients and partners, completing timely program reports, and maintaining accurate documentation in individual client files via electronic record-keeping software.

You will also engage clients and other agency staff regularly, providing status updates while clients are on the coordinated entry waitlists, and attend agency and department meetings as well as required trainings.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of racial equity and social justice issues, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
