Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and Negotiating Real Estate Contracts and Leases: The attorney will be responsible for drafting and negotiating real estate contracts and leases for various asset classes, ensuring that all agreements are fair, reasonable, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Overseeing Retail Development Projects: The attorney will oversee retail development projects for developers, providing guidance on zoning and entitlement issues, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Handling Entitlement Work: The attorney will handle entitlement work, including zoning and land use matters, to ensure that clients' projects are approved and completed efficiently.
  • Managing Commercial Acquisitions and Dispositions: The attorney will manage commercial acquisitions and dispositions, including due diligence, title and survey review, and negotiation of purchase agreements.
  • Negotiating and Facilitating Financing Transactions: The attorney will negotiate and facilitate financing transactions, including loan documentation and negotiation of loan terms.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law
