We are seeking a seasoned Supervising Occupational Therapist to join our Wichita-based team. As a key member of our staff, you will oversee certified occupational therapist assistants (COTAs) and conduct comprehensive assessments to ensure exceptional care. Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and Implement Effective Care Plans: Develop and implement tailored therapy goals, focusing on consumers' physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Skillful Supervision and Mentorship: Provide guidance, feedback, and support to COTAs, ensuring they deliver high-quality care and maintain a positive working relationship.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with consumers, families, caregivers, and other professionals to achieve shared goals and promote holistic recovery.
  • Adaptive Solutions and Home Modifications: Assess and recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications to enhance consumers' independence and safety.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A successful completion of an occupational therapy program from an accredited university.
  • Current licensure in the state of Kansas.
  • Basic to moderate technology skills, with proficiency in using iPads and electronic medical records.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel as needed.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $ $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Minds Matter, LLC offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
