Key Responsibilities

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the requirements for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution and its integrations with third-party systems.

As a Lead Business Solutions Analyst, you will be expected to:
  • Manage the requirements gathering process with stakeholders, product owners, and internal development teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional initiatives to convert stakeholder needs into clear business requirements, collaborating with architects and developers to translate them into technical designs for implementation.
  • Partner with fellow business analysts to ensure comprehensive end-to-end requirements are fulfilled.
  • Work alongside business partners at all levels to develop process flows and user experiences that illustrate both current and future state business processes.
  • Conduct review sessions to secure approvals for requirements and manage changes through established control processes and tools.
  • Identify risks and collaborate with the project team to devise mitigation strategies.
  • Employ strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills to resolve issues in a collaborative team setting.
  • Exhibit a high degree of ownership, initiative, and urgency in all tasks within a fast-paced implementation context.
  • Understand database concepts and data modeling to ensure process integrity and leverage data for business value.
  • Provide user support, troubleshoot, and analyze business issues and concerns.
  • Conduct testing and validation of business requests and user stories.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in both technical and business domains, with a track record of successful organization-wide multi-system implementations.
  • Experience in leading system implementations, agile methodologies, and applying documentation best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in software business analysis, including collaborative design sessions, requirements elicitation, and future state process design.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and analyzing systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce Sales Cloud, or other CRM technologies.
  • Experience with system integrations.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
