We offer a competitive salary package that includes an estimated $93,000 annual base salary for this role. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing the Nursing Process for patient care from admission to discharge
- Performing patient assessment and reassessment according to standard procedure
- Developing and coordinating individual plans of care, including discharge planning
- Directing, supervising, coordinating, and evaluating nursing care within assigned clinical setting
- Delegating tasks to others in accordance with job description and competency level
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Massachusetts licensure and registration
- Completion of an accredited school of nursing program
- BLS certification required
- Thorough knowledge of the discipline of Nursing
