Your Role in Our Mission

As a Hospitality Services Representative, your warm welcome, outstanding service, and genuine smile will be essential in crafting memorable experiences for our guests from check-in to check-out. You will extend heartfelt hospitality in every interaction, whether sharing insights about the resort and local attractions or managing reservations and inquiries.

In this dynamic role, you will have the chance to:
  • Brighten guests' days with friendly greetings and assistance
  • Guide guests through the check-in process, issue room keys, and provide essential information about the resort and surrounding attractions
  • Handle cash and credit transactions in accordance with established protocols
  • Ensure accurate cash management through balancing receipts and performing necessary checks
  • Complete all check-out procedures, ensuring accurate charges and credits are reflected in guest accounts
  • Manage reservations for individuals and groups efficiently
  • Provide accurate room rate information to guests
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and thoroughly
  • Foster teamwork and high-quality service through effective communication with other departments

  • Basic math skills and knowledge of cash handling procedures

  • Basic computer literacy and office skills
  • Familiarity with hotel front office systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • No prior experience necessary
