Job Summary

This role is responsible for acquiring, retaining, and expanding new and existing loan, deposit, and treasury relationships. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service by taking ownership of the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet annual goals tied to loan and deposit volume, cross-sales, call planning/prospecting, and fee income generation.
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships with businesses that generally have $0M to $1 to $2M in revenue.
  • Take ownership of credit sheet content and quality by working closely with credit analysts on their successful and timely completion.
  • Execute exemplary portfolio management by maintaining appropriate risk rating on all credits at all times, managing administrative past dues to 0% at all times, managing delinquencies as close to 0% at all times, keeping documentation exceptions to a minimum, maintaining covenant tracking without missing testing dates, and limit reporting tickler exceptions to a minimum.
  • Work closely with internal partners to generate internal referrals as well as developing an external network of centers of influence.
  • Participate in bank events during and after hours.
  • Understand the impact of lending on the bank's CRA goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • General computer skills.
  • Travel: Moderate (10-50%).
