Job Summary

As a Senior Radiologic Technologist in our Diagnostic Radiology department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. Under the guidance of the Director, you will supervise the activities of technologists and students, providing professional and technical guidance as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate workflow in the department and other areas of the hospital
  • Provide technical guidance and confer with medical staff as necessary
  • Ensure the availability and functioning of supplies and equipment
  • Make recommendations on hiring, firing, and disciplining staff
  • Oversee Imaging students and evaluate assigned students
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited Imaging Program, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, or MRI program
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience
  • Preferred: 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Required certifications: American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and BLS
