About the Role

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the global logistics market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of PGL.

Job Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with key customers, and negotiate contracts that meet their needs and ours.
  • Logistics Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized logistics solutions that improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the global logistics market.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and delivery of high-quality services.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Industry Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in the logistics industry, preferably with a 3PL or freight forwarding organization.
  • Educational Background: A degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skill Set: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What We Offer

PGL offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a dynamic and supportive work environment.
