Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced CNC Technician to become part of our team. This full-time role presents an excellent chance for individuals passionate about product creation and eager to contribute significantly to our operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with our team to program, set up, and operate CNC machinery. Responsibilities will also include interpreting technical blueprints, designing machining programs, and resolving any operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

As a CNC Technician, your duties will include:

1. Performing light programming at the machine, setting up, and operating CNC equipment.
2. Converting instructions into computer commands for accurate machine functions.
3. Preparing and loading raw materials and components onto machines.
4. Monitoring machine operations and making adjustments to enhance output quality.
5. Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
6. Reading and interpreting complex technical drawings and schematics.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess:

1. At least 5 years of experience as a CNC Technician.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machinery.
3. Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical documents and schematics.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
5. In-depth understanding of metal properties and other materials.
6. A technical degree or certification in CNC programming, machine tool technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
