Position Details
We are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Technician to become part of our team. This full-time role presents an excellent chance for individuals passionate about product creation and eager to make a substantial difference in our operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our team to program, set up, and operate CNC machinery. Responsibilities will include interpreting technical blueprints, developing programs, and resolving any operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform light programming at the machine, including setup and operation of CNC equipment.
- Convert instructions into computer commands for machine execution.
- Prepare and load raw materials and components onto the machines.
- Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to enhance outcomes.
- Inspect and measure finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Read and interpret complex technical drawings and schematics.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Technician.
- In-depth knowledge of 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documentation and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Comprehensive understanding of metal properties and other materials.
- A technical degree or certification in CNC programming, machine tool technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
