  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with food health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance and maintaining a high level of food safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a proven track record of success as a supervisor or leader.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 30 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to work weekend and evening shifts, as required.
  • Openness to coaching and mentoring, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
