Your Role Includes:

  • Delivering Various Services: You will perform window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, gutter cleaning, and window tinting, directly serving our clients.
  • Creating Exceptional Customer Experiences: After completing your tasks, you will handle payments, conduct walkthroughs, request feedback, and suggest additional services.
  • Maintaining Equipment: It will be your responsibility to ensure all tools and equipment are clean and functional.
  • Adhering to the Window Genie Standards: We have established protocols to guarantee customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Job Requirements:

  • Possession of a personal cell phone and data plan for communication.
  • Reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival.
  • Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and work with arms elevated for extended periods.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is between $12.50 and $35.00 per hour, depending on prior experience in similar roles.
