- Day Shift Position, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- Outpatient Clinic located in a convenient shopping center
- Full-time position
- Working with senior patients 65 years or older
- Smaller patient panel; extended patient visit times
- Frequent patient visits for Chronic Conditions
- System-wide Epic EMR
