Shape the future of our service portfolio by engaging in technical design and development, playing a pivotal role in enhancing our electric vehicle charging solutions, and ensuring compliance with national regulations.
Act as the primary trainer for electric vehicle charging systems within the ASEAN region, guaranteeing that our service expertise remains at the highest standard.
Deliver ongoing support to our clients, both remotely and on-site, consistently aiming to fulfill the commitments outlined in our service agreements and addressing any challenges that may arise.
Lead the review and enhancement of service agreement activities, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and team optimization to boost efficiency and success.
Work closely with a dedicated team to ensure the uninterrupted operation of electric vehicle charging systems for charge point operators and manage any variations in order volume with precision.
Contribute to, and occasionally spearhead, the estimation, planning, and technical task review for projects, providing vital insights for project acquisition, negotiation, planning, and management.
Candidate Profile:
Possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, with a comprehensive understanding of the EV or Charger industry.
Have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in field service repair and operations, particularly in electric vehicle charging systems, power converter systems, or comparable fields.
Demonstrate practical knowledge of power electronics in EV charging systems and electrical low voltage distribution systems, with familiarity with OCPP software backends being advantageous.
Communicate effectively in both English and Thai with stakeholders at all levels.
Exhibit a strong customer-centric approach, showcasing a readiness to go above and beyond to assist others.
Show the ability to influence and empathize with remote teams, fostering collaboration and unity.
