Responsibilities:- Lead after-school practices, focusing on skill enhancement, teamwork strategies, and game preparations.
- Engage with players in drills, conditioning, and tactical discussions to cultivate their skills and confidence.
- Coordinate with assistant coaches, organize transportation, and communicate with parents to ensure a smooth and successful season.
- Foster an inclusive team environment, addressing concerns and celebrating successes.
- Experience coaching youth volleyball.
- Ability to obtain First Aid certification and other necessary certifications required by league rules.
- Strong communication skills to cultivate positive and professional relationships with students and families.
