At Window Genie, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Window Cleaning Professional to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and window tinting services to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide various services, including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and window tinting, to meet the needs of our customers.
- Create a great customer experience by collecting payments, conducting walkthroughs, and soliciting reviews and recommendations for additional services.
- Maintain equipment and ensure that all necessary tools and supplies are in good working order.
- Follow the Window Genie Way, our proprietary service delivery model, to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and become repeat customers.
Requirements
- Culture alignment and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to climb ladders, lift 50 pounds, and work for extended periods with arms above your head.
- Previous experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, construction, painting, laborer, general labor, warehouse, or related fields.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
