We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various payroll activities, preparing payroll reports, and maintaining accurate files.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks. Previous experience in payroll or accounting is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll Data Entry: Enter payroll data into the computer system with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Payroll Reporting: Prepare and submit timely and accurate payroll reports and forms as required.
- Payroll Calculations: Perform complex payroll calculations with attention to detail and precision.
- Payroll Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient payroll processing procedures and systems.
- File Maintenance: Organize and maintain accurate files, records, and reports for payroll purposes.
- Financial Document Preparation: Prepare paychecks, financial documents, and other necessary paperwork.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
