Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Champion to join our team. As a Sales Champion, you will be responsible for assisting customers in the investigation, presentation, demonstration, and negotiation of our automobiles. You will work in a virtually fail-proof team selling system and will be supported by layers of training, motivation, and encouragement to help you achieve your goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in the investigation, presentation, demonstration, and negotiation of our automobiles
  • Work in a team selling system to achieve sales goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and knowledge
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the success of the dealership
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to Secure a DMV Sales License
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Positive Attitude and Strong Work Ethic
