Job Summary

The Operations Representative I position provides critical support to Field Operations, including Construction Service, Meter Reading, and Utility Departments. This role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical support for Reading Operations, including auditing paperwork and providing daily support to various UGI systems.
  • Support Operations with tasks such as scanning and importing completed main job packets, data entry, applying for and processing permits, contacting PA one call, and placing orders for restocking.
  • Perform daily data entry into the payroll system to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll information for hourly field employees.
  • Provide support to Operations Support Supervisors and Operations Support Coordinators as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills with MS Office.
  • Experience with Oracle, WebTop, Mobile Up, and SAP preferred.
  • Ability to read maps.
  • Knowledge of PA1 call helpful.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to perform data entry of timesheet and payroll information.
  • Knowledge of applying for permit helpful.
