About the Job

This role involves supporting the Office Manager in administrative tasks at our service center. If you have experience working in an office setting and enjoy providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests via phone and in-person
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents as needed
  • Communication: Liaise with moving crews and other teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and organization of office spaces, maintaining supply inventories
  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute necessary reports to management
Work Environment

This role is based in an indoor office setting. You can expect to spend extended periods sitting while performing tasks and occasionally lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
