JOB OBJECTIVE
This role encompasses various functions within the human resources domain.

The Analyst will support the recruitment process, facilitate employee onboarding, manage HR updates in the HRIS platform, and respond to employee queries.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Onboarding Process:
Conduct orientations for new employees, ensuring they are well-acquainted with company policies, procedures, and benefits.

HR Documentation Management:
Maintain and revise employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Safeguard critical employment requirements such as FLSA, Federal I-9 (E-Verify), ADAA, HIPAA, FCRA, etc., while ensuring assigned business units remain compliant.

Performance Oversight:
Generate performance appraisal reports to confirm that goal-setting, mid-year evaluations, and year-end reviews are executed.

Exit Interview Facilitation:
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends, contributing to ongoing improvements in employee satisfaction and retention.

Data Analysis:
Leverage HR software and tools to assess workforce data and provide insights that inform strategic decision-making.

Effective Communication:
Clearly communicate HR policies, updates, and changes to both employees and management.

Performance Metrics Tracking:
Monitor and report on key HR metrics, including turnover rates, time-to-fill positions, and other relevant indicators.

Data Integrity Assurance:
Ensure the integrity and validity of data, particularly with sensitive information. Undertake special projects as assigned. Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality. Address employee inquiries and issues via telephone, email, or in-person as appropriate, escalating matters as necessary and documenting resolutions.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Human Resources.

CORE COMPETENCIES
Possesses extensive knowledge and understanding of HRIS software and systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Kronos, Mena iTech, among others).
Demonstrates proficiency in computer skills and technical aptitude, particularly with Microsoft products, including Excel.
Exhibits a strong work ethic when handling confidential information.
Displays excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure stakeholders have access to necessary information.

Responds to ad hoc requests from HR and various stakeholders, including Commercial, Operations, and different Centers of Excellence in a dynamic environment.

Possesses analytical skills to determine when software modifications are necessary and how systems can be optimized for efficiency.
Demonstrates the ability to instruct others on effectively utilizing various systems.

Shows adaptability to evolving technologies and participates in meetings or conferences for ongoing knowledge and adoption of best practices.

Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage positively and efficiently with the HR team, employees, and external partners.

Ability to manage confidential information and foster trust across all organizational levels.

Proficient in HR information systems related to payroll and time & attendance, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
