About this role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Belton Regional Medical Center. As an ER Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our experienced Charge RNs and physicians to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including triage, assessment, and treatment of patients in the emergency department.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current state of Missouri RN licensure required.
  • Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills required.
  • BLS and ALS certification required and maintained.
  • EPNC (or PALS) required and TNCC or Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) required within one year of hire.
