Job Title: RN WEO

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Belton Regional Medical Center. As a RN WEO, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As a RN WEO, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients in the Emergency Department.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in emergency nursing.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current state of Missouri RN licensure required.
  • Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills required.
  • BLS and ALS certification required and maintained.
  • EPNC (or PALS) required and TNCC or Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) required within one year of hire.
  • Previous clinical experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.
