CRMA/CNA/PSS Overnight Care Specialist

Stroudwater Lodge is seeking a compassionate and dedicated CRMA/CNA/PSS Care Provider to join our team on an overnight shift. As a Certified Residential Medication Aid, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications to residents as prescribed by their licensed care providers.
- Assist residents with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Address residents' needs promptly and with empathy, demonstrating attentive care.
- Work collaboratively with other care professionals to maintain a high level of care.
- Document observations and updates on residents' conditions to ensure accurate records.
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures to prevent the spread of illness.
- Successful completion of the state competency exam for CRMA.
- CNA or PSS license.
- Ability to move and assist residents with physical needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Genuine care and empathy for residents' well-being.
- Accurate recording of resident information and vital signs.
- Ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals as part of the Wellness team.
