As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/PSS) at Stroudwater Lodge, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and services to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:- Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Serving meals and ensuring residents receive the right nutrition, following dietary guidelines and preferences.
- Managing laundry efficiently to keep residents' living spaces clean and comfortable.
- Addressing residents' needs promptly and with empathy, showing attentive care.
- Working with other care professionals to ensure effective care delivery.
- Recording observations and updates on residents' conditions to maintain accurate records.
- Following safety rules and infection control measures to ensure residents' health and well-being.
- Successful completion of state competency exam for CNA certification or PSS.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Genuine care and empathy for residents' well-being.
- Accurate recording of resident information and vital signs.
- Ability to work well with healthcare professionals as part of the Wellness team.
