We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Residential Medication Aid (CRMA) to join our team at Stroudwater Lodge. As a CRMA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents by providing essential assistance with daily activities, administering medications, and addressing their needs promptly.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications to residents as prescribed by their licensed care providers.
- Assist residents with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Respond to residents' needs quickly and with empathy, demonstrating attentive care.
- Collaborate with other care professionals to maintain an effective care team.
- Document observations and updates on residents' conditions to maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure residents' health and well-being.
- Participate in training and education to enhance caregiving skills.
- Successful completion of the state competency exam for CRMA certification.
- Active CNA or PSS license.
- Ability to move and assist residents.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Genuine care and empathy for residents' well-being.
- Accurate recording of resident information and vital signs.
- Ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals as part of the Wellness team.
- Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality of resident information.
