Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Cintas is seeking a highly motivated and driven Product Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new product opportunities within our existing customer base.

About the Role:

This role involves prospecting, on-site visits, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs, and meeting activity requirements. You will also utilize our customer relationship management system to document and maintain customer information and produce required sales/productivity reports. Additionally, you will communicate details of products sold and pre-installation requirements to our service department management team and complete new product adds paperwork.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

* A valid driver's license

* Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience or successful completion of a Cintas sales training program

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree

* New business-to-business experience

* Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Internet/Intranet, and Contact Management System
