Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Surgical Unit team on a PRN basis. As a RN in this role, you will provide direct nursing care to pre and post-surgical patients, including total joint replacements, bariatric, orthopedic, general, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients, including monitoring, recording, and communicating patient conditions as appropriate.
  • Coordinate patient discharge planning with care providers, patient family, and physicians.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, medication administration, and other relevant information.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of New Hampshire.
