About the Role

Portsmouth Regional Hospital is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support individuals in their recovery from mental health and substance abuse issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychiatric assessment and referral services (PARS)
  • Assist in patient care with our outpatient partial hospitalization program (PHP)
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team model
  • Provide inpatient evaluations, medical evaluations
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy as well as outpatient treatment options at time of discharge
  • Care for voluntary and involuntary patients

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Degree preferred.
  • RN License in the State of NH or valid Compact State
  • BLS (American Heart Association BLS Provider or Red Cross BLS)
