About the Position

Nourish Early Learning is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Infant Lead Educator to join our team. As a key member of our early childhood learning center, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our youngest learners.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with Nourish's philosophy and goals.
  • Assess and monitor the developmental progress of each child, providing feedback and communicating progress to parents or guardians.
  • Establish and maintain positive and effective communication with parents or guardians, collaborating with them to support their child's learning and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Supervise and monitor children's activities, ensuring their safety and well-being, and manage behavior effectively and address any disciplinary issues in a positive and constructive manner.
  • Design and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children, adhering to teaching standards and safety regulations as established by the official sources.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a lead child care / daycare teacher.
  • Knowledge of child development and up-to-date education methods.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Certificate in first aid and CPR.
  • Degree in early childhood education or CDA in Infant / Toddler Development.
  • Passing a FBI & BCI background checks for Department of Job and Family Services.
