About the Position

The Department of Pediatrics, Division of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology at the University of Virginia School of Medicine and UVA Health Children's is seeking a highly qualified candidate for a faculty position on a clinician or clinician-scientist track at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor rank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Join a collaborative environment with a team of clinicians, clinician-scientists, and staff dedicated to the wellness of children.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the pediatric hematology/oncology program.
  • Participate in the design and conduct of investigator-initiated clinical trials to improve health outcomes for children with cancer and blood disorders.
  • Collaborate with scientific teams in a lab-to-bedside-to-lab workflow and integrate clinical enterprise with research opportunities.
Requirements
  • MD or DO degree.
  • Board-certified/board-eligible in Hematology-Oncology.
