Job Title: Data Scientist

CSI Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize data and communicate key insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and track KPIs related to Sales CRM, workflow processes, pharmacy operations, and patient outcomes.
  • Implement automated reporting and alert systems to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights.
  • Assist in the design and development of data-driven features for CSI Pharmacy's proprietary Sales CRM application.
  • Work closely with software developers and product teams to integrate analytics and machine learning models into the application.
  • Analyze operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize business processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Analyze pharmacy operations data to improve medication dispensing accuracy, inventory management, and patient satisfaction.
  • Utilize patient outcomes data to identify factors that contribute to better healthcare results and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models to predict sales trends, patient outcomes, and operational efficiencies.
  • Continuously monitor model performance and update models as necessary to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor's Required in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare or pharmacy industry.
