Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at GTT, LLC. As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Monitoring: Monitor equipment functions and operate according to documented procedures.
- Troubleshooting: Assist technicians with equipment failures.
- Material Handling: Support material handling activities as needed.
- Quality Control: Ensure materials are segregated and lot numbers are maintained.
- Safety: Adhere to company safety guidelines and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work-in-process, component inventories, and related documentation.
- Training: Participate in training to learn all equipment and jobs in the assigned manufacturing area.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move/carry products up to 20 pounds.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Competitive Hourly Rate: We offer a competitive hourly rate for this position.
- Potential for Conversion: This position has the potential for conversion to a full-time position.
