Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Lead a high-performing team dedicated to providing exceptional service
  • Collaborate with other executives to ensure support services align with overall business goals and objectives
  • Oversee planning, directing, and overseeing three or more support functions
  • Ensure environmental, cleaning, and waste management services are provided in an effective and timely manner
  • Develop and implement cleaning and sanitation protocols in accordance with state and federal guidelines
  • Partner with clinical, infection prevention, and waste management teams to achieve patient experience goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Certification and/or licensure relevant to professional leadership experience preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in food and nutrition, housekeeping, and environmental services
  • 10 years of director-level leadership experience required
  • Strong understanding of nutrition principles, dietary guidelines, and therapeutic diets
  • Experience with computerized food service management systems and productivity tools
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all The Joint Commission, Title 22/State, federal, state licensing, and other local regulations
