About the Role

FullBloom is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to oversee the quality of the clinical component within our therapeutic program. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our students receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crisis Intervention and Support: Provide and monitor crisis intervention, and facilitate discussions with students' teachers, therapists, and teaching assistants to develop effective therapeutic interventions.
  • Behavioral Model Support: Support Camelot's behavioral model and ensure its effective implementation in our therapeutic program.
  • Supervision and Leadership: Supervise all therapists, including related services, and provide individual and group supervision to ensure high-quality care.
  • Case Management and Documentation: Monitor all case management, family sessions, IEP paperwork, and documentation completed by therapists to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Caseload Management: Assign caseloads, groups, and various clinical tasks to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Treatment Team Meetings: Coordinate and facilitate treatment team meetings to ensure collaboration and effective communication among team members.
  • De-briefing Sessions: Facilitate de-briefing sessions on physical holds and significant events as needed to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Social Work, School Counseling, Speech Language, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
  • Licensure: Professional licensure required (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, OT, SLP).
  • Experience: Experience working in a therapeutic school and supervising staff preferred.
