About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will be responsible for implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care, conducting patient assessments, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. You will also administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, and provide health education and training to patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Provide health education and training to patients and their families
- Document care provided in our electronic system
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
