Job Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Fountain Circle Care & Rehabilitation. As an LPN, you will provide direct and compassionate nursing care to our patients and residents, while also supervising the activities of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure the highest level of quality care and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients and residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Supervise CNAs to ensure they are providing quality care and following facility policies and procedures.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop care plans.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
Requirements:
- Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
- Current/Active CPR Certification.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
