Overview:
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Fountain Circle Care & Rehab Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing daily personal care to our residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment, and reporting any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing staff.

Responsibilities:
• Provide daily personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, including changing bed linens and maintaining grooming supplies
• Ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices
• Record vital signs and other information as assigned
• Observe residents and report any changes in condition

Requirements:
• Current Nursing Certification from the state
• Current/active CPR certification
