About the Role

The Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying and engaging with new customers, understanding their needs, and introducing Concentric's solutions to help address their power challenges. This role plays a critical part in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate awareness and engagement in key markets and within key accounts.
  • Utilize Concentric's sales processes & capabilities to initiate meaningful conversations and generate sales opportunities.
  • Qualify and market advanced solution offerings to potential new customers.
  • Create quotes for customers based on specific product requirements.
  • Follow-through on new leads created by existing marketing efforts.
  • Prepare sales executives with lead information as needed.

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree from an approved two-year college or university or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably with phone interaction skills.
  • Able to write clear, concise emails and possess strong phone presence.
  • Comfortable with technology, preferably familiar with Salesforce or Hubspot.
  • Results-driven, able to set and achieve goals, and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Effective communicator with excellent written and oral skills.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
